If above does not work, please contact your Manager or the company whom issued you with login details; they have the necessary privileges to change your password and/or unlock your account from within the System Setup area of Webroster.net. REGISTERED COMMERCIAL USERS
If you are a registered commercial user, you will have been issued a Member ID. You should use this Member ID, together with your username and password, to gain access to the correct registered database.
