Agency Worker Regulations (AWR) The Agency Worker Regulations (AWR) is a set of regulations to give temporary agency workers the same working conditions as permanent colleagues doing the same job. In order to get these rights this requires that the temporary worker has completed a qualifying period of 12 weeks at the same hirer and in the same job role. This qualifying period can be interrupted by breaks without affecting the qualification counter depending on
