Webroster Dashboard

Introduction The Webroster Dashboard provides a means of seeing a top-level view about the business, along with a live feed of ECM, booking and message data The following are displayed on the dashboard: ECM Performance Summary – shows counts of started calls, finished calls, alerts, unresolved alerts and critical tasks for a user defined time window. Bookings Performance Summary – shows confirmed bookings, unconfirmed bookings, outstanding enquiries and uncovered bookings for a user defined time
