The Sales area of Webroster provides a means of keeping track of sales customers and existing customer details. The principle is that Customers are people who the company has done business with already, whereas the Sales Customer is someone that the company is attempting to convert to a current customer. To open the Sales section, click the Sales icon. Sales – Tick to show a list of Sales Customers. These are prospective customers that are not yet current
